How to Experience God’s Salvation

Do you know for certain that you have eternal life?

You can know and God wants you to know. “I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God so that you may know that you have eternal life.” 1John 5:13

God gave His Son so we might have life.

“For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.” John 3:16

Our sin keeps us from experiencing life.

“All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.” Romans 3:23

Christ died for our sins.

“While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” Romans 5:8

Eternal life is a gift.

“For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.” Romans 6:23

Man’s response is to repent and believe.

“Repent, then and turn to God.” Acts 3:19

I preached first to those in Damascus, then in Jerusalem and throughout all Judea, and also to the Gentiles, that all must repent of their sins and turn to God—and prove they have changed by the good things they do.” (Acts 26:20, NLT)

  • Are you one of God’s people?
  • Are you living with Jesus as your leader and your king?
  • Have you accepted the invitation God has made to you to BE YOUR GOD?

If you would like to make sure that you are one of God’s people, we have GOOD NEWS for your today!

God is asking you to invite Him in to take charge of your life and BE YOUR GOD!

Now, he will not intrude; He comes only by invitation. If you are ready to invite God to BE YOUR GOD, then we would like to lead you in that invitation.

Around here, we speak plainly to God, knowing He hears us and responds to our requests. If you would like to be one of God’s people that will mean that you will have to invite God to take charge of your life and BE YOUR GOD.

You can ask Him to do that today, right now.

God will hear your heart as you ask Him to take charge of your life and BE YOUR GOD.

Here’s what we say when we want to tell God to take charge of your life and BE OUR GOD:

Dear God, I know that I am not worthy to be accepted by you. I don’t deserve your gift of eternal life.

I am guilty of rebelling against you and ignoring you. I need forgiveness.

Thank you for sending your son to die for me that I may be forgiven. Thank you that he rose from the dead to give me new life.

Please forgive me and change me, that I may live with Jesus as my leader and king. Amen.
